The Rideau-Ottawa Valley Learning Network (ROVLN),  is one of 16 regional literacy networks.

This Employment Ontario program is funded in part by the Government of Ontario and the Government of Ontario and through the Canada Ontario Job Fund Agreement.

ROVLN, a non-profit, charitable organization supporting adult training programs in Ottawa, Renfrew, Lanark, and Prescott-Russell, has served and supported the adult training community since 1984.

Partners

ROVLN builds collaborative partnerships to create seamless pathways across many services for the benefit of our learners.

 In Ottawa:

ROVLN is a formal partner with the Ottawa Employment Hub. The Ottawa Employment Hub is funded by Employment Ontario as a Local Employment Planning Council (LEPC) pilot. The Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities is funding eight of these pilots across Ontario.

Employment Ontario Ottawa Network (EOON) Nine Employment Service Providers in eleven different locations in Ottawa offer a full range of employment services in both official languages.
