Course 1 – Understanding Literacy

This course is for community members, employers, and anyone who wants to better understand how literacy affects daily life. Together, we’ll explore the role literacy plays and discover how even small actions can create meaningful impact.

Literacy connects us all, opening doors for job seekers, supporting workers in their careers, and strengthening the well-being of our communities.

Through three short modules, you’ll learn what literacy really means, why it matters, and the ways you can make a difference.
