Course 2 – Recognize Skills Gaps

This course is for community members, employers, and anyone who want to better understand the skills that make up literacy today. Together, we’ll look at how these skills show up in daily life and why gaps in them can create challenges.

Literacy is more than reading, it also includes digital, numeracy, and writing skills that shape how we work, learn, and connect with others.

Through four short modules, you’ll explore each of these skills and see how strengthening them can open doors for greater opportunity and confidence.
