This course is for community members, employers, and anyone who wants to feel more confident talking about literacy with others. Together, we’ll explore how to start meaningful conversations and provide support that makes a real difference.

Literacy can sometimes be a sensitive topic, but with the right strategies, it becomes an opportunity to encourage growth and build stronger connections in the workplace and community.

Through three short modules, you’ll learn how to begin the conversation, offer the right support, and find additional resources to keep learning.
